The Client
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Media Strategist & Buyer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media buying and a deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Adsense, Paid Social Media, and the digital landscape as a whole. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and execute media buying strategies for Google Ads, Google Adsense, Paid Social Media campaigns across various industries and formats (search, display, video, etc.)
  • Continuously monitor and optimize paid media campaigns on several platforms (including Programmatic Ad Platform(s), Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Twitter Ad Manager, Pinterest Ad Manager, YouTube Ad Manager, and TikTok Ad Manager) to meet performance goals, including targeting, budget allocation, and bids
  • Research and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign planning and execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure alignment of media buying efforts with overall marketing goals
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to stakeholders to highlight real business impact 
  • Provide ongoing account and project management via email and status calls (audio/Zoom)

Key Responsibilities
● 4+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on Google Ads, Google AdSense and Paid Social Media (agency background preferred) 
● 4+ years of experience with Google Analytics
● Strong understanding of platforms above, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns
● Experienced in developing an A/B testing plan for paid campaigns
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and ROI targets
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
● Experience managing $100k-1M+ ad spend budgets (per year)
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Experienced in using Excel and Powerpoint to present media strategies and campaign reports highlighting key insights 
● Google Ads certification is a plus

Additional Information
  • Permanent work-from-home, remote role offer
  • Starts part-time, 20 hours per week with a possibility to increase hours leading to full-time engagement
  • Must be available to work starting at 9:00 am EST onwards (night shift/ 9:00 pm PH)
  • Must have complete home equipment setup (desktop/laptop, headset, internet connection, and webcam)
  • Has home internet speed of at least 15-20 Mbps
