Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound Appointment Scheduler. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for our clients.


As an Inbound Appointment Scheduler, your primary duties will include answering calls and emails from potential clients, gathering information about their needs and preferences, and using this information to schedule appointments for them. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our appointment calendar, ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.







Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should be comfortable working independently and have a strong work ethic. Experience in appointment scheduling or customer service is preferred, but not required.
