Broker Overview:
Join a fast-growing independent broker dedicated to delivering high-quality home & auto insurance solutions tailored for the Ontario market. He is committed to providing clients with expert advice, quality insurance products, and excellent customer service. He is looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support his practice by promoting his services, enhancing client engagement, and growing his presence in the insurance market.


Job Summary:

The In-Field Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Broker to develop and implement marketing strategies that attract and retain clients. This role involves

Business Cards Distribution: In-Field distribution of business cards in person at designated spots in Ontario as decided by the Broker. 

It would be good to have a person who know the below  as well.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other platforms to promote the brokerage’s services. 
Social Media Management: Manage daily posts, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Email Marketing: Assist in drafting, sending, and managing email campaigns to keep clients informed about new products, updates, and relevant industry news.
Administrative Support: Provide additional support for brokers in scheduling client meetings, preparing documents, and organizing marketing events as needed.

Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a marketing, administrative, or assistant role; experience in insurance or financial services is an asset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva or similar graphic design tools, and familiarity with CRM or email marketing software. Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate, polished work, especially in client-facing materials and digital communications.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A natural ability to connect with clients and understand their needs, enhancing service delivery.
Language Spoken: Hindi, Punjabi, English.
