Description
A well-established and growing Brampton based Canadian Consultant and Business Professional working for Financial, Taxation and Insurance Industries is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Female Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in daily business operations. This remote role is open to candidates based anywhere in Canada, with preferences for individuals who are bilingual in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with French or Spanish as an added advantage (but not mandatory).

Key Details:
  • Location: Remote, Canada
  • Pay: Hourly or job based or daily basis
  • Preferences: Female candidates aged 25-40 are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
1. Administrative & Executive Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare materials for presentations, meetings, and online conferences.
  • Act as a liaison between the Consultant, clients & digital marketing or business teams.
  • Prior personal assistant work experience is an asset but not mandatory as training would be provided.

2. Daily Work Coordination:
  • Handle email correspondence
  • Screen Incoming & make Outgoing calls.
  • Organize and manage to-do lists, reminders, and key deadlines.
  • Prepare online quotations and application for clients.

3. Document & Communication Management:
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems and correspondence records.

4. Project & Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing webinars, business meetings, or events.
  • Handle short-term and long-term business projects efficiently.

5. Digital Marketing Support (Training can be provided):
  • Support social media management and content creation.
  • Update websites as needed and assist in email or WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools to track social media or marketing performance.

6. Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is required. French or Spanish is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience with online tools and basic marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administrative or personal assistant roles preferred.

7. A Canadian LLQP & or RIBO License:
  • An LLQP License: A license in good standing would be an asset or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
  • A RIBO License: A license in good standing would be an asset or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
(Either License or both are an Asset)

8. Typing Speed:
  • A good typing speed of 30-35words is required on a minimum level

9. Confidentiality:
  • Handle all tasks with utmost discretion and professionalism.
