Description
A well established Consultant & a Business Man is seeking a dynamic and highly organized International female assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to his Business. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Executive Support:
     
a. Provide administrative support to the Business, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
     b. Prepare and organize materials for presentations, meetings, and conferences (online & in person).
     c. Act as a liaison between the digital marketing team and the business team (India & Canada).

2. Travel Coordination:
     
a. Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
     b. Ensure all travel documents and visas are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.

3. Communication:
     
a. Manage and respond to email correspondence on behalf of the Business team.
     b. Screen and direct phone calls, taking messages and prioritizing communication.
     c. Handle International Calls (incoming & outgoing)

4. Cultural Sensitivity:
     
a. Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity in interactions with international clients and partners.
     b. Facilitate communication between diverse teams, bridging language and cultural gaps.

5. Document Management:
     
a. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a keen attention to detail.
     b. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.

6. Project Management & Event Coordination:
     
a. Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and business meetings.
     b. Coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
     c. Handle short and long term projects

7. Digital Marketing Skills (Good to have or willingness to learn them one by one)
     
a. Content Creation
     b. Social Media Management
     c. Updating Website from time to time
     d. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
     e. Email Marketing
      f. WhatsApp Marketing

7. Confidentiality:
     
a. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's / Master's Degree 
2. Experience of Administrative work
3. Willingness to Travel Internationally
4. Valid Passport
5. You would be required to work 6 months in India and 6 months in Toronto (Canada) with arranged legal Visa paper work.
6. Good English speaking skills and typing skills are must to work.
7. Age preferences - 25-30 only.
8. Maritial Status - Unmarried
9. Minimum Work Experience - 5 years
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
