We're seeking an enthusiastic Game Server Support Specialist to join our technical support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them maintain and optimize their game servers while ensuring an exceptional hosting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via ticket system, discord, and live chat regarding game server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to server performance, connectivity, and game-specific configurations
- Assist customers with basic server customizations
- Monitor server health and proactively address potential issues
- Document solutions and potential improvements
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Provide guidance on server optimization and best practices
