Description
We're seeking an enthusiastic Game Server Support Specialist to join our technical support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them maintain and optimize their game servers while ensuring an exceptional hosting experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries via ticket system, discord, and live chat regarding game server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to server performance, connectivity, and game-specific configurations
  • Assist customers with basic server customizations
  • Monitor server health and proactively address potential issues
  • Document solutions and potential improvements
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Provide guidance on server optimization and best practices


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of popular gaming servers (Minecraft, Palworld, Source Engine, etc.)
  • Experience with server management and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain if required, technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with control panels like Pterodactyl, TCAdmin, or similar
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
  • Experience with server-side mod management and configuration
  • Background in gaming community management
  • Previous experience in game server hosting
  • 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
