- Researching and contacting prospective buyers.
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities.
- Responsible for qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage with prospective buyers.
- Create standardized templates and documentation to streamline the business development process.
- Continually learn about industry trends and developments, with the goal of finding new opportunities.
- Enhance prospect database by contributing research and help grow the sales team through scalable, repeatable process.
Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, both internally and with clients.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Strong interest in technology and sales.
- Willingness and ability to cold-call sales leads and contacts.
- Strong computer skills - familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt and handle added responsibilities as they arise.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, very quantitative and highly inquisitive.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Initiative and ability to work in a team environment.
