Company Background:
The Learning Strategist plays a crucial role in implementing strategies to successfully launch and maintain this product in the UK, as well as supporting a new department focused on upskilling.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies for the E-Learning app targeted at A Level students in the UK.
  • Analyze educational trends and data to inform strategic planning and product development.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and educators to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in learning and propose innovative solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs for educators to ensure the effective implementation of learning strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices in education, particularly within the UK and Indian educational contexts.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine learning strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in education technology and integrate them into learning solutions where appropriate.
  • Occasionally represent the company at educational conferences and events.
  • Support the new department focused on upskilling by developing strategies to enhance learning experiences for various professional development programs.

Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of the education systems in both the UK and India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
Mandatory Experience:
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning strategies in the E-Learning industry.
  • Experience in educational consultancy or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with diverse educational stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with instructional design and curriculum development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in education or learning and development (e.g., Certified Learning and Development Professional).
Desirable Qualities:
  • Experience with educational technology and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to speak language(s) other than English, particularly Malayalam (preferred) or Tamil, to effectively communicate with stakeholders in India.
