Description
 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Penetration Tester (Pentester) to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting authorized simulated attacks against corporate networks, web applications, cloud environments, and physical security systems. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, creativity, and clear communication skills to identify vulnerabilities, demonstrate impact, and recommend effective remediation strategies. 

Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5+ years of professional experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or ethical hacking (senior roles may require 5–8+).

Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Kali Linux, BloodHound, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of web application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), cloud misconfigurations, and Active Directory exploitation.
  • Ability to script or automate tasks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
  • Familiarity with secure coding principles and DevSecOps practices.

Certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
  • Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP)
  • GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
  • CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT)
  • Other relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, PNPT, GXPN)
