About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and professional female drivers to join our growing transportation network dedicated exclusively to serving women in the GTA. This service provides a safe, comfortable, and respectful travel experience for women who prefer female-only transportation for personal, professional, or cultural reasons.

As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting female passengers across the GTA with courtesy, reliability, and discretion. This is an opportunity to make a difference in your community while enjoying flexible scheduling and meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport female passengers to their destinations within the GTA
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and welcoming demeanor at all times
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and punctuality
- Adhere to assigned schedules and routing preferences when applicable
- Maintain communication with dispatch or coordination team
- Support passengers with luggage or minor mobility assistance, if required
- Respect and uphold privacy, safety, and comfort standards
- Provide transport service to clients to and from Toronto Pearson Airport
Who This Role Is Ideal For:
- Female drivers who value safety, community, and service
- Rideshare professionals (Uber, Lyft, etc.) seeking steady or supplemental work
- Independent drivers who enjoy flexible, assignment-based opportunities
- Women with a background in customer service, caregiving, or hospitality
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience with Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare platforms
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Multilingual abilities (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, etc.) are an asset

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
- Clean driving abstract (no major violations or suspensions)
- Access to a well-maintained, reliable vehicle (clean and presentable)
- Familiarity with the GTA road network, traffic flow, and GPS navigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide references upon request
- Must be comfortable driving in varying weather and traffic conditions
- Professional appearance and commitment to a safe, respectful passenger environment
